As production manager and as HSE manager I've become skilled in unlocking the full potential of associates in the company through engaging and collaborative means. I've worked closely with operators and Team Leaders on ownership and sense of belonging. By doing so I've sky-rocketed performance of my production lines while increasing the awareness on safety and quality.

A company's workforce does not show up on its balance sheets, but it may very well be its most valuable asset. Unlocking the full potential of your workforce will of course have financial benefits, but maybe even more importantly, it will help address the challenges on the difficult behavioral topics such as Safety and Quality.

I train leaders and their teams to work better together using MBTI and other tools. I coach leaders in their goal to really embed behavioral change programs in their organisation.
