Product delivery / Operations in a technical production environment is the working field I am active in. During my career I have grown in responsibility and accountability from project manager to line manager (MT member) and worked in different industries. During my personal development I noticed my self-willed approach; I am keen on exploring a broad approach of problem solving and getting things done. This makes me an authentic and driven people manager whose happiness grows when impact increases. 

My drive to deliver the best performance for both the customer and the company (Operational Excellence) is the basis to connect within the internal organization between teams and departments and build multidisciplinary teams (team management). I prefer to do this by means of leadership by coaching the team (rather than taking the lead) in defining the how. To interpret the different interests of departments and bring those together to the benefit of the customer and internal organisation makes me happy. I have a drive to influence company strategy and focus on improvements.
