Working with various improvement programs such as Lean, Six Sigma (Certified Black Belt ASQ), TPM/WCM, TQM. My role has varied from tool expert to projectleader to program manager and trainer/coach, auditor (certified LRQA) and acting manager.

During the time as responsible management team member of the non-profit organisation (Okie Dokie Dorp) I learned many valueable lessons about leadership and culture building
